Become a Volunteer

Are you interested in becoming a volunteer? The McKenzie River Drift Boat Museum has a variety of opportunities, whether you are looking for involvement on a regular basis, or wish to participate just a few times a year.

The most important asset for any volunteer to possess is enthusiasm for and interest in the Museum. If special skills are required for a specific volunteer position, Museum staff will provide training. For volunteers interested in more in-depth drift boat and McKenzie River history, there is no better way to learn that volunteering along side the long time members of this community.

McKenzie River Drift Boat Museum provides a great environment for its volunteers. Volunteers perform important jobs and are appreciated for their contributions and they are also formally recognized at an annual volunteer appreciation event.
